"The Mid Segment Project of the Year" recognizes real estate projects that offers mid level affordable housing options, recognizing the project that prioritizes quality, convenience and comfort providing homes that people can cherish and improving the lives of individuals and families in a positive way. The market value of these properties must be between INR 1 CR - 5 CR.
