Yes, the candidate can select more than one category. However, the candidate must fill a separate Application form for each category selected.
- Awards are for the work done in the Real Estate Industry during the period April 2018 to March 2023
- The organization should have at least 2 years of registered presence & operations in India as on March 31, 2023
- The property should have been completed and received Occupancy Certificate during the defined period.
- Alternatively, application to OC along with completion certificate from an Architect
- All the projects applied by the applicant should be complete, operational and not work-in-progress
- For ‘Young Turk’ category, the individual must be under the age of 40 as on March 31, 2023
- For “Steel Man Of the year – Powered by Chandan”, the individual must be between the age of 40 – 59 years as on March 31, 2023
- For Leading Real Estate Developer of the year, the company must have been incorporated for a minimum of 5 Years as on March 31, 2023
- For CSR Program of the Year, the CSR initiative should have been implemented or in operation between the period April 01, 2021 to March 31, 2023, however, the impact demonstrated must pertain to the period of April 01, 2022 to March 31, 2023
- For Marketing Campaign of the Year, the campaign must have been implemented in the period of April 01, 2021 to March 31, 2023
- For Real Estate Influencer of the Year, the individual must have at least 2 years of experience as an influencer as on March 31, 2023 and must have been a part of a real estate campaign in the last one Year
- For Women Achiever of the year, the individual must have minimum 10 years of experience in the real estate industry as on March 31, 2023
- For Leading Finance Company of the Year must have at least minimum 5 years of registered presence & operations in India as on March 31, 2023
- For Emerging Finance Company of the Year must have at least minimum 3 years of registered presence & operations in India as on March 31, 2023
- For Debutant of the Year must have a maximum of 3 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry as on March 31, 2023
- For Warehousing Project of the Year the organization must have more than 5 years of registered presence & operations in India as on March 31, 2023
- For Luxury property of the year, the market value of the property must be between INR 5 crores to INR 20 crores
- For Ultra Luxury property of the Year, the market value of the property must be between more than INR 20 crores
- For ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ category, the individual should be more than 25 years of experience in the Real estate industry – It is a management-based award

- Supporting documents must be in the following formats only – pdf, doc, jpeg etc. Size of each document cannot exceed 2 MB
Your application Form will first be reviewed for completeness, eligibility and adherence to the application guidelines, including character limit. Incomplete and ineligible applications will be declined without further review. Applications that meet eligibility criteria will be further considered for the jury rounds
